THOMAS EDISON

This morning, You remind me about Thomas Edison, he wasn't just an inventor but an INDUSTRIALIST. I remember reading somewhere which mentioned that Thomas Edison as one of the greatest inventors and industrial leaders in history.

Okay, so I was asking, " what is the meaning of an industrialist?" I browsed through the web for its meaning but before I get there. I remembered, You wanted to stress on the importance and significant which this person made not just in one life but many lives. He was like driving force in starting and sustaining of an industry.

Hmm..sounds familiar, it reminds me of Joseph :D

I know, You're reminding me that I'm not just living for the now but the future. Making an impact not just in one life but many others. So what did I found in the web? Well, I read a few and I came across this one article which is interesting and its written by a university student. Tell me what do You think of it

What is the meaning of industrialist? Industrialist construed as a person that have been assigned to sustain and implement commercial value. Industrialist in economic and trade terms.

TERMS OF TRADE: Entrepreneurs construed as an individual with creativity and initiative higher, far-sighted, and have long-term vision for success of him-self and community.

ECONOMIC TERMS: Entrepreneur of the individual deemed to incorporate production factors such as land, labor, and capital out to find the commodity and services and profits.


It even tells you how one can become a good industrialist, I guess the uni student have intention of being an industrialist!

THOUGHTS

Honestly, I really feel like giving up - QUIT!! =_= LoL....
My boss just commented that I'm LOW in performance for my work to which I TOTALLY AGREE!!! I'm really clueless a to what is happening as I'm doing the same things as how I did when I started. I followed what my boss had taught and trained me but these two months, low perfomance =_=

Weird thing is when I'm about give up, my dear friend- Holy Spirit(HS) is there to spark my thoughts about Thomas Edison. Exactly, what does Thomas Edison has to do with what I'm going through?

Well, HS have me think about the countless times, Thomas Edison failed in his invention yet he was still PERSISTENT, CONSISTENT and of all still so ever PASSIONATE about his invention. All right, Hs got me thinking for the moment. I asked myself how did Thomas Edison did it... but then I realized that it really took a man of character to be able to do what he did.

Afterall who would have such persistent, consistent and passion in pursuing for the same thing. He seems to have manage to take all the failures to fueled him to stay focus and telling him that he is getting closer and closer to having his invention a reality.

As for me, a rejected appointment again...never mind, I'm getting there soon, I'm getting my appointment and from that ONE it would generate even MORE APPOINTMENTS!!! Jus like that one light bulb, led to so many bulbs and the different sizes and shapes too.
Ahhhh.. now I do feel way much better!! Thank you so very much HS!!!

BEing 1st DOing 2nd

This morning woke up with this in my mind - Genesis 1:26-29
I remember distinctively that in my dream, I heard a voice reminding me about these verses.

You first made man in Your likeness and image. Then You placed them in the garden and told man to subdue and take dominion. I like the amplified version that says, "subdue it" (using all its vast resources in the service of God and man.)More about this later...

The main point here is that, You first made man in Your image and likeness and gave man the Your authority. It's after all these that You have man subdue and take dominion.

It's still the BEing that's important here. Despite all that I see and the circumstances around me, I'm to remember- the Holy Spirit engineered all these circumstances is so that I can allow You to keep shaping, forming and molding me so that I can BE like You. So that I can BE just like the pattern Son, Jesus who is Your BEloved son whom You are well pleased with.

I must keep allowing You to shape and form me so that I can begin to see, feel, hear, think and respond as Your son would. It's in my formation in BEing the very son , You want me to be which would bring You pleasure and delight.

What's the point of subdue and take dominion if I'm not first BEing formed in Your image and likeness. Then I would just be like the ordinary people out there- just trying to make a living, sustaining and living a routine life!!! I DON"T WANT TO LIVE A ROUTINE LIFE!!!

I WANT TO LIVE THE LIFE THAT YOU WANT ME TO LIVE-AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE!!

The garden(marketplace) is big and with the trees, I must beforehand know what is the purpose of me being there and what I'm to do if not I would be eating from the forbidden tree. It's so vital that I keep allowing You to form me cause I don't want to be a casualty there. NO! I don't want to be bound and oppressed by the system of Babylonian.

I ONLY DRINK FROM THE RIVER OF LIFE!! THIS RIVER OF LIFE SETS ME FREE!!

By allowing You to form me then I would be an accurate representative of Yours and carrying Your authority and executing it accurately. That's why, You took all that 30 years to form Jesus, so that He could be the BEloved Son whom You are well pleased with. It's after all the formation that You begin to have Him start His ministry.

The formation is so vital because of the assignment that which is coming. To know You more and more and have You shape me is all for a reason - for the assignment. To represent You accurately, execute it as how You want me to and to complete it, it needs a man that already been taken by You and Your hand is the midst of shaping him.

Now this is why, BEing comes first and the DOing later!!
